Overview
To ensure a flawless transition from an empty, stripped-out shell to a fully operational, brand-compliant restaurant, Tim Hortons partnered with RDS 360. Our objective was to provide comprehensive, end-to-end spatial documentation and a detailed design pack to guide the fit-out process with a high level of accuracy.
The project required absolute precision to ensure that all proposed architectural elements, mechanical systems, and bespoke front-of-house joinery would fit perfectly within the building shell.
We conducted a comprehensive 3D Laser Scanned Measured Survey. This captured the raw, exposed elements of the unit with millimetre accuracy.
Next we produced a detailed AutoCAD design pack. This robust documentation covered everything from demolition and external elevations to complex reflected ceiling plans (integrating HVAC, lighting, and feature rafts) and highly specific millworks for the iconic front counter.
