The Project
RDS 360 supported M&S on the launch of their new concept store in Stevenage, a flagship project that went on to make a significant impact across the industry. Our team provided store planning and concept design support, working alongside M&S's internal designers to make the best use of space based on the new concept and equipment types.
A central part of the scope was the development of 650 Revit families, each built with manufacturer data, materials, costs, and internal codes, enabling a full equipment schedule to be generated directly from the model at the end of the design process. This was M&S's first project delivered fully in Revit, streamlining the equipment ordering process and setting a new standard for future store rollouts.
RDS 360 also produced phasing plans for fit-out, provided on-site design support, and created visuals and a video flythrough for internal stakeholder engagement, ensuring the design was communicated clearly at every stage.
