RDS 360 were commissioned to deliver a complete design, technical detailing, and planning applications package for Side Street Burgers. Our objective was to bridge the gap between the client’s initial vision, strict local planning requirements, and the needs of all the specialist contractors on-site.

We brought the brief to life through photorealistic renders and an immersive walkthrough video. This allowed the client to confidently visualise materials, finishes, and spatial flow before any physical works commenced. We then translated the visual concepts into a Detailed Design Pack. This pack provided a clear, co-ordinated framework for multi-disciplinary contractors to work from. We also prepared and managed a planning application pack for external modifications, co-ordinating closely with the signage contractor to ensure a smooth submission process.
