The Project
This project focused on transforming an existing Revit building shell model into a fully developed store layout for Next, aligned with the brand's latest design standards and operational requirements. RDS 360 planned both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) areas to create an efficient, attractive, and compliant retail environment.
Collaboration with Next's project management team was central to the process, ensuring every element of the proposed layout met current brand specifications and delivered the right retail experience. Designs were reviewed and refined throughout to ensure alignment with Next's guidelines at every stage.
The outcome was a comprehensive tender pack containing all documentation required by construction and fit-out teams, including general arrangement drawings, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, building sections, wall and floor finish schedules, door schedules, a design risk assessment, lighting layouts, and a proposed fire strategy. This coordinated Revit package provided a complete, tender-ready solution ensuring design intent, compliance, and brand consistency across all stages of delivery.
